VALUE OF COMPU TED RADIOGRAPHY IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF BREAST DISEASES

ABSTRACT: Objective To compare the advantage and disadvantage of computed radiography (CR) system and screen/ film system. Methods 200 patient s with breast disease were examed using CR system and screen/ film system stimutaneously and the result s of mammography were analysed.Results The dose of radiation using CR system decreased markly than screen/ film system ,the showing of breast mass had no difference between screen/ film system and CR system , the showing of const ruct disorder ,thinking of skin in CR system were markly better than that in screen/ film system ,positive rate of microcalcification in CR system was slightly lower than that in screen/ film system. Conclusion CR system is better than screen/ film system in the diagnosis of breast diseases.

　　随着计算机技术和图像处理技术的飞速发展,医学影像设备日新月异,乳腺疾病影像检查技术逐步改进。我院已由钼靶乳腺机与屏/ 胶系统改为专用钼靶乳腺机和计算机摄影(computed radiography , CR) 专用乳腺处理系统。其投照条件的曝光宽容度、密度分辨力、影像的线性、X 线量子检出率等几项指标均高于屏/ 胶系统所获得的影像。现对一组同时应用CR 系统和屏/ 胶系统摄影的乳腺疾病病例进行比较。
