ABSTRACT
Objective： To investigate the clinical application of 1.5 MRI in the examination for liver，pancreas and gallbladder.
Materialsand Methods： T1WI，T2WI，2DFiesta，Chemical shift imaging（CSI），MRCP，DWI（SE－EPI，b values＝500，600，1000s/mm2） imaging of the liver，pancreas and gallbladder were performed for 497 patients，and multiphase dynamic enhanced were performed for part patients. All of cases were diagnosed by double－blind，and analysed the image quality and the focus characteristics （size，amount，location，determine the nature and relationship around the organize）.Part of cases were confirmed by postoperative pathology and biopsy. |
