Abstract
Objective：To describe the diagnostic evaluation of magnetic resonance angiography in brain vascular diseases.
Method：The documents of 112 patients to have performed the magnetic resonance angiography were reviewed retrospectively.
Results：Magnetic resonance angioraphy had shown better images in major vessels，vascular dysplasia and intracranial aneurysms.
Conclusion：Magnetic resonance angiography is an efficient and practical way in clinical diagnosis of brain vascular diseases.

脑梗塞是临床常见病，发病率高，如不及时治疗，病情易加重，预后差。本病临床表现多种多样，给诊断带来一定难度，早期诊断对本病的治疗、预后极为重要。本文通过对20例早期脑梗塞的MRI检查分析，旨在提高脑梗塞的早期MRI诊断水平。 |
