Abstract

　　Objective：To investigate the blood supply and its relation with the clinical pathological stage of bladder carcinoma by energic doppler.

　　Methods：Retrospective analysis was performed on the 30 patients who underwent energic doppler examination and operation and were finally proven to be bladder carcinoma by pathology.

　　Results：There were two kinds of blood flow signal in different stage of pathology：color spot－liked blood flow in mucosa was observed in T1 stage and columnar blood flow in muscularis in T3 stage.In all 30 cases，the stage coincidence of ultrasonography and pathology was 80％.

　　Conclusion：Energic doppler is a objective diagnostic method for the blood supply of bladder carcinoma.The diagnostic rate of bladder carcinoma and the stage coincidence rate of ultrasonography and pathology can be highly enhanced by energic doppler.

　　膀胱癌是泌尿系最常见的恶性肿瘤，约占所有恶性肿瘤的4％^[1]，本文应用能量多普勒对经手术病理证实为膀胱癌的30例患者资料进行回顾性分析，我们认为膀胱癌CDPI特征在提高超声诊断膀胱癌的准确率与癌肿的临床分期上有很高的相关性。
