Imaging Evaluation of Duodenal leimyosarcomas（A Report of 9 Cases）

Abstract
Objective：Purpose To investigate the imaging features of duodenal leiomyosarcomas．
Methods：Four were male and five female．The age of the patients was from 33 to 72 years，with average of 52.11 years．The examination consisted of US，barium studies，CT（4cases）and angiography（2cases）．The nine cases have been confirmed by operation and pathology．
Results：The main imaging manifestation of duodenal leiomyosarcomas were as follow ①Stenosis；②Extraduodenal masses；③Filling defect；④Tumor necrosis and ulceration；⑤CT features central zones of low density were surround by thickness of soft tissue density；⑥Angiographic manifestion is usually predominant blood supply．
Conclusion：X－ray barium studies and CT are shown to yield more accurate diagnostic methods．Angiography is a good complementary technique to correct diagno－ sis of leiomyosarcomas．

十二指肠平滑肌肉瘤是胃肠道较罕见的恶性肿瘤。临床表现不典型，术前诊断较困难。本文收集我院病理证实的9例患者的临床及影像学资料。对其上消化道钡餐透视、超声学、CT及腹腔动脉造影表现作了回顾性分析，探讨本病的影像学诊断特征，以提高对本病的认识和诊断能力。 |
