囊性肾细胞癌5例超声特征及诊断体会

Abstract

  Objective:To improve the understanding of the cystic renal cell carcinoma.

  Method:A restrospective analysis was going on 5cases of the cystic renal cell carcinoma comfirmed on pathology about ultrasonographic.Clinical s)Tnptom,implication for treatment and follow-up。

  Result:Ultrasonographic based on renal cyst(1)monolocular cyst(2 cases:with calcification or nodules on cystic wal(2)muhiloeular cyst(2 cases)(3)solid tumour with low leveal echo(1 case)CDFE CDE technique couldn’t capture any imformation on renal cystic wall,inside and surround.All the ease has syrnpton,especially .comfirmed as systic renal clear cell on pathology,especially have none hematuria,nephrectomy and the overall results were excellent with no evidence.

  Conclusion:The cystic renal cell carcinoma is a scarce renal cell

carcinoma with poor vessels,early,sympton,weH-cured.It is appreciation to the complex renal cyst by ultrosand。

资料与方法

  资料:我院从1999年~2003年,囊性肾细胞癌(CR-cc)共5例,同期收治肾细胞癌130例。CRCC 5例中,男性3人,女性2人,年龄39-64岁,(39、58、54、47、64)平均年龄52.4岁,体检发现4例,腰酸胀,近期囊肿迅速增大1例。全部病例无肉眼血尿。

  仪器:HP 8500,SIQUAR 512,LOGIO 9,彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,TOSIBA SSA550,250等,频率3.5。4MHz。
