ABSTRACT
Objective:To study the value of transthoracic echocardiography(TTE)Guided transcatheterized Amplatzer device for occlusion of petent ductus arteriosus(PDA),atrial septal defect(ASD)and ventricular septal defect(VSD).
Methods:ASD in 15 cases,PDA in 5 cases and VSD in 6 cases were treated with transcatheterized Amplatzer device occlusion guided by TTE.
Results:twenty three patients(ASD in 13 cases,PDA in 5,VSD in 5)were treated with Amplatzer devices occlusion, successfully and no complications and shunt flow was observed . Except 2 cases with ASD and one patient with VSD,the successful rate of occlusion was 88.46%(23/26). |
