Curative Effect of Embolizing Hepatocarcinoma with Heated ADM-Lipiodol via Hepatic Artery in VX2 Rabbits Model<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the anti-tumour effect of heated ADM-Lipiodol which was injected via hepatic artery of VX2 hepatocarcinoma rabbits.
Methods:VX2 carcinoma cells were surgically implanted into the left liver lober of 60 male New Zealand white rabbits ,which were divided into 4 groups at random ,with 15 rabbits for each group.To inject physiological saline, lipiodol,ADM-Lipiodol (37℃),ADM-Lipiodol (60℃)in different groups via hepatic artery and embolize liver cancer of rabbits.1 week later the volume of tumour and the serum level of AST was observed.The survival period of VX2 rabbits was also observed.
Results:in group of ADM-Lipiodol (60℃),the tumour`s growth rate (0.53 ±0.11)was significantly lower than the other treated groups(0.99±0.21,0.89±0.16)(P<0.05),being significantly Lower than the untreated control group(3.48±1.17)(P<0.01).The survival period of ADM-Lipiodol(60℃)group(53.0±3.0)was significantly higher than the other treated group(46.0±2.5,47.5±3.0)(P<0.05).The serum level of AST in group ADM-Lipiodol(60℃)was not higher than the other treated group(P>0.05),but being significantly higher than the untreated control group after treated(P<0.05).
Conclusion:ADM-Lipiodol(60℃)greatly decreases the tumour`s growth rate ,and prolongs the survival period.In brief ,it is a safety method and has stronger inhibitory effect than other groups.

肝癌的早期治疗仍首选手术切除,但对中晚期常伴有较严重肝硬化的肝癌病例,综合治疗已成为共识,利用介入技术将热疗与化疗有机的结合-介入性热化疗,是近年来研究的新热点。本文利用兔VX2肝癌模型,观察了阿霉素热碘油抑制癌瘤生长的作用,旨在探讨介入性热拴塞治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤的有效性。 |
