Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of coronary angiography (CAG),electrocardiogram (ECG) and myocardial single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) for coronary artery disease.
Methods:326 patients (aged 63.2 +/- 10 years,237 males,89 females) were recruited in the study and 78 patients had acute myocardial infarction (AMI),28 patients had obsolete myocardial infarction (OMI),47 patients had typical angina and 60 patients had untypical angina;the control group had 113 patients whose CAG were normal. Based on the extent of coronary stenosis, the subjects were divided into four groups:slight stenosis (group 1),midrange stenosis (group 2),severe stenosis (group 3) and complete occlusion (group 4),Then we analyzed the relationship between 3 protocols and theirs diagnostic significance. |
