积极探索医院PACS建设标准化

　　Through his own feeling and experiences, the author recognized that the process of advancing hospital information system (HIS) would surely bring an opportunity for development of PACS. But he also noticed that the hospitals knew few about how to establish PACS and in order to ensure the development of PACS, a standard normative criterion is critically needed. The author expressed his own point of view through four aspects in this article. They are: the actuality of development; the discussion of problems; the plan of hospitals; and the aggrandizement of criterion.

    随着计算机技术的蓬勃发展，医院朝 “数字化” 发展方向已成必然趋势。每当谈起如何加快实现医院“数字化”时，经常会有许多医院管理者向我提出“究竟如何评估PACS效益？怎样决策投资建设PACS？目前是否有办法对各家PACS产品进行测试以辨PACS优劣？”等诸如此类问题，这促使我思考这么一个课题：对于即将逐步升温的医院PACS建设，是否有可能避免HIS发展初期那样“缺乏标准、各自为政、低层次重复”的怪圈，积极探索、加强规范、合理指导，走出一条规范、有序建设医院PACS的健康之路。

一、发展现状
　　PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) 即图像存档与传输系统，是以医学影像领域数字化、网络化、信息化的趋势为要求，以数字成像技术、计算机技术和网络技术为基础，以全面解决医学影像获取、显示、处理、贮存、传输、利用和管理为目的的综合性应用系统，是医院整体数字化、网络化的一个重要组成部分，是体现以病人、以医疗为中心的医院信息系统的一个主要标志。
　　PACS发展目前在我国尽管还属初级阶段，但其势在必行的发展趋势已为许多业内人士所认同，这可从以下三方面来佐证。
