ABSTRACT Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of percutaneous drainage using CT guidance for the treatment of appendiceal abscesses in critically ill patients. Methods:8 critically ill patients with appendiceal abscesses in high surgical risk , underwent percutaneous dainage using CT guidance. The change of clinical symptoms, signs and blood WBC counting was observed. Results: There was resolution of clinical symptoms and signs within 4 -12 hours in all 8 patients. No severve complications occured. Conclusion:Percutaneous drainage using CT guidance plays an important role in treatment of critically ill patients with appendiceal abscesses. 临床上,阑尾脓肿可以选择多种治疗方法,但究竟哪种方法更为安全、有效,目前还存有争议[1,2]。笔者报告8例CT引导下经皮穿刺引流治疗危重阑尾脓肿患者,结合文献复习,就CT引导下经皮穿刺引流治疗危重阑尾脓肿患者谈一点笔者的体会,供同行参考。 |
