Digitalizing of Normal X-Ray Equipment in PACS<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

ABSTRACT Purpose Design medical picture archiving and communication system (PACS ) and explore the digital develop model in accordance with a modern hospital. Materials and methods Two HP servers (HP tc4100, tc3100) were connect to workstations (P4 2.0 256M 40G 10/100M) to Ethernet by several Hubs and all equipments in radiology department such as CT, MR, DSA , PRINTER were connect with the Ethernet. The x-ray films were transfer to the system after scanned. Results The X-ray films were transferred to the system successfully. The digital radicalized department was successfully accomplished. Conclusion It is a one of feasible proposal for a modern hospital that realized recurred to the scanner and that not only protect the old films but also satisfy the daily work. key words: PACS; computer; net; scanner
随着PACS系统的发展,放射科内遵从DICOM3.0的设备如CT 、MR 、DSA 、CR 、DR、 RF的数字图像信息等均可以直接接入PACS系统,进行图像的传输、显示、处理、存储等等。但是常规X设备不能产生数字图像X线照片,摄在胶片上形成的X线照片的影像信息无法遵从DICOM3.0的条件,无法接入PACS系统。尽管CR、DR可以将传统的X线接入到PACS系统,但却无法解决已经归档的但不是数字图像的传统X线片的数字化及接入PACS系统问题。
在解决传统X线片的数字化及接入PACS系统问题时,要求各设备遵从DICOM标准是必须考虑的问题。DICOM标准应认为是为PACS系统体系及基本概念的组成部分,是医学影像学设备和医学影像学信息系统领域的标准。
传统X线非数字化的信息量巨大,且为各放射科室多年工作的积累,同时科室也不可能将所有的非数字化的影像,转为遵从DICOM3.0的设备的数字图像。为了使已经归档的但不是数字图像的传统X线片的数字化,我科用专用胶片扫描仪,将胶片扫描成数字图像,使传统的X线接入到PACS系统中(图2)。现介绍如下。 |
