ABSTRACT The clinical value of synthetic imaging diagnose and interventional therapy of Budd-Chiari syndrome was evaluated by massive cases. Metheds: All of the 564 cases of Budd-Chiari syndrome were diagnosed by ultrasonic and angiography, some of them by CT and MRI. Interventional therapy include percutaneous ballon dilation and stent implantation was performed immediately after angiography. thromlysis and stent.ing was performed in cases of BCS combined with thrombosis. The follow up using ultrasonic and anticoagulation were performed regulatelly after PTA and Stenting. Results: The successful rate of interventional therapy to BCS was 96%, the rate of complications was 2.4% among and after interventional therapy. which included: haemopericardium, stent into right atrium, haemothroax and haemoperitoneal, pseudoaneurysm in puncture point of femoral, one patient died among operation. The rate of restenosis was 12%. The ultrasonic scan should be selected at first to diagnose BCS, The interventional therapy should be taken at first and to replace surgery operation.
