Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value and the principle of PROSET.
Materials and Methods:PROSET images were acquired with 3D FFE in 45 healthy volunteers,including 15 lumbosacral nerve roots,5 carotid arteries,15 knees and 10 temporomandibular joints.
Results:Nerve roots and ganglions, carotid arteries articular cartilages, ligaments and articular plates were visible clearly.
Conclusion:MR PROSET is useful in the visualization of nerve roots,and have the advantage of 3D fast imaging in joints and blood vessels.
随着磁共振成像软、硬件的快速发展,各种成像技术被不断开发出,PROSET序列(PRinciple Of Selective Excitation Technique)的出现为磁共振三维快速成像注入了新的活力。PROSET是一种选择性激励技术,将频率及空间选择性(spatial-spectral selective)激励脉冲应用于三维快速梯度回波(3D FFE)序列,选择性地激励水或脂肪,得到水或脂肪激励成像,主要应用于神经根、关节、血管成像中[1-5]。本文旨在正常腰骶部脊神经根、膝关节、颞颌关节及颈动脉血管PROSET成像研究的基础上,加深对此序列原理的理解,探讨PROSET序列的应用价值。 |
