插管溶栓治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成

ABSTRACT

  Objective: To discuss the value of interventional thrombolysis for acute deep venous thrombosis in lower limbs.
  Methods:33 cases with acute deep venous thrombosis in lower limbs were investigated. all cases were inserted inferior vena cava filters, from which 30 cases were treated using catheter-directed thrombolysis (15 cases via popliteal vein puncture, 9 cases via femoral vein, 6 case via large sophenous vein)and 3 casee were treated by systemic thrombolysis.
  Results:Clinic follow-up indicated that all cases with acute deep venous thrombosis obtained obvious improvement of their clinic symptoms. Interventional thrombolysis by popliteal vein puncture was more effective(P<0.05) than others.
  Conclusions:Interventional thrombolysis via popliteal vein puncture is most effective method among the various interventional ways.

  急性下肢深静脉血栓形成(Deep Venous Thrombosis, DVT)为临床常见疾病,目前对DVT的治疗方法尚未取得统一意见[1]。为此,目前临床仍采用全身系统性溶栓治疗方法,其疗效欠佳,且易发生各种不良反应和并发症。本文对33DVT患者经各种途径进行溶栓治疗,取得一定疗效,现总结报告如下。
