Abstract
Objective: To explore the difference and value of the hepatic artery –hepatic vein transit time among the hepatic diffuse diseases and focal lesions with the control group.
Methods: There are 20 cases in the study group, which including 3 fatty sparing,4 haemangiomas, 8 metastases,5 cirrhosis and 10 normal case in control group. Hepatic artery arriving time (HAAT)、Hepatic vein arriving time(HVAT),and Hepatic artery to vein transit time(HA-HVTT) were analysed by using ACQ Time-Intensity Curve Analysis software after left median cubital vein rapid injection SonoVue.
Results: No significant difference was found in each group in HAAT. Little shorter was found in cirrhotic and metastases group in HVAT. There is significant difference of the HA-HVTT between the groups and then control group. Conclusions
The shorted of HA-HVTT have clinic value in distinguishing cirrhosis and metastases.
