ABSTRACT
Congenital great vascular deformation is not the common disease in the clinic. It is difficult to make diagnosis. Angiocardiography was the golden criterion in the diagnosis. But this method is confined because of its relatively great invasion. MSCT has the advantages of fast scan speed, big coverage, thin scan slice, and it has been applied to observe the congenital great vascular deformation. It is proved by the practical work in our hospital in this aspect and a large number of clinic research studied by the scholars in the world that MSCT is a safe, quick, and noninvasive method. It could raise the diagnostic accurate rate in the congenital great vascular deformation combined with 3D reformation and provide more information for clinical practice.
