Abstract
Objective:Researching the difference of hepatic section in cirrhosis liver, normal liver and hepatocarcinoma liver.
Materials and Methods:The study included 119 subjects in total divided into 3 groups, the cirrhosis study group of 50 cases, the normal control group of 40 cases, and the abnormal control group (large hepatocarcinoma in right lobe of liver) of 29 cases. The liver volume and the component volumes of 4 liver sections both in the study group and in the normal group were measured with CT measuring software. Comparison was made for the volume of left lateral section of the abnormal control group with that of the other two groups combined.
Results:The composed ratios of left lateral liver section, left internal section, right front section and right back section in the two groups were (16.8%±2.6%、15.5%±3.3%、30.5%±3.2%、31.9%±3.0%) and (13.9%±6.8%、20.0%±7.95%、31.35%±5.9%、30.4%±5.8%)respectively. The volume of left lateral liver section in cirrhosis group ,normal group and abnormal group was 159.00 ml ,158.97 ml and 247.76ml respectively. The difference between the abnormal group and others was significant in statistics (p<0.05).
Conclusion:The volume of left lateral section was not enlarged in cirrhosis and became enlarged when other liver section invaded by large tumors. The volumes of other 3 sections were atrophy in cirrhosis.
