ABSTRACT
Interventional ultrasound is a fast developing new technique in modern time. 1010 interventional cases in different organs of the body. are presented. Technique, results, reliability,as well as complications are summarized. It is shown that ultra-sound-guided fine-needle aspiration biopsy(FNA) can difine whether a fotal lesion is being benign or malignant. which may make up the deficiency in disease diagnosis .interventional ultrasound also contributed to treatment .They are especially of interests in clinic because of extensive application, with convenience ,safety and few complications in procedure. It is worth spreading in clinical practice.
现代影像技术CT,超声与核磁共振已经(MRI)等有助于人体无创诊断各器官的病变。尽管当前这些技术达到非常先进的水平,但常常仍不能鉴别肿瘤的良恶性,超声引导下穿刺活检能迅速确定肿瘤的病理性质,该技术操作简便, 创伤小, 在临床上有较高的应用价值, 故发展迅速, 应用广泛, 现已成为临床各科一项重要的诊疗手段。
我院从92年至2002年11月共实施介入超声诊治4395例,均为我院住院和门诊病人,详细总结近三年来共1010例介入超声诊治的适应范围,活检材料的成功率。 |
