Abstract
Objective：Evaluation of CT dagnosis and types of optical canal fracture.
Materials and Methods：Three types of opetical fracture were divided in 19 cases：intracanal type extracanal type（two subtypes：cranial orifice type and orbital orifice type）mixure type.
Results：Three types of optical canal fracture may serve as identification of surgery indication and methods.
视神经管骨折可造成视神经损伤，是外伤致盲原因之一，本文对19例外伤后20侧视神经管骨折进行分型，以期对确定视神经管骨折手术适应症有帮助。
1 材料和方法：
1 .1一般资料
19例均为车祸后视力下降或失明，男，16例，女 3例， 年龄8－54岁，平均34.1岁。
1.2 CT 扫描技术
摄头侧位定位，取前床突与眶下缘连线为基线，倾斜机架使之与该基线平行，层厚1mm，层距1mm，高分辨骨算法重建，清晰显示视神经管轴位CT解剖。 |
